The Drug and it's Constituent Parts
It has been clear and evident that the pervasive use of the chemical concoction known as Crystal Ice presents an immediate threat to the security of our city. Though we are taking steps to eliminate this threat at its source, it behooves each of us to present a wary eye and our immediate attention to any and all methods of trafficking that may occur in this city. We must show that the sleeping might of the city of Sacramento has been stirred in its slumber and like a waking giant, the pestilent gnat of this cartel must fear our burgeoning awareness.
While arrangements are being made by the elders of this city, each contributing as their clan is able to the elimination of this threat, it is imperative, both morally and as acknowledged members of this city to harass, inhibit, prevent and thwart any attempts to distribute this drug. Dealers must go missing. Vehicles may be vandalized. Cops should be influenced to investigate the vans we have identified as carrying this drug. Each of you, if you lack the title of elder, is responsible for prosecuting, for the next two weeks an unremitting and unquenchable crusade against those that carry the drug Crystal Ice.
I urge you to temper your actions with the following wisdom, which I have learned from my elders before me. The fear of your retribution is stronger than the act itself. Those that live to tell the dangers of spreading Crystal Ice will do more to stem the practice than those that die at your hands. Place the fear in the hearts of your enemies.
Strike not where the enemy is strong, but at his weakest places. The enemy has fortified his vans with vampires, weapons and lupines. The vans stop every forty-five minutes, presumably for deliveries or checking in. When you see a transaction, wait until the van has departed then deal with those that do not possess the protection of the Crimson Legion. Take from them the drug, their money, and leave them to fear the retribution of the Crimson Legion. Their name shall be anathema in this city to every whorehouse, crackhouse, police station and den of thieves. To deal with the Crimson Legion will be too risky for any dealer who does not benefit from their immediate protection.
If you lack the title of elder, this service is one you can perform immediately. Please, post your encounters on this thread so that all may learn from what you accomplish, and so that you can be properly lauded for your actions.

Maybe I'm reading into this too much but wouldn't it serve our needs more by striking the van's themselves? We can thin there numbers and claim whatever resources they have in those van's to strengthen ourselves in places were we are strongest and wield the most mortal influence to control the situation. While the Legion can continue to embrace more fodder vampires but they cannot create garou as they are born and raised. Basically the more we take out now the less we would have to deal with in our future raid on there stronghold.

That worked once when Indy did it. Next time they will be more prepared for such an assault. I won't order people into the breach. If you are thinking of striking a delivery van, be wary, since Indy has put them on their guard.

Oh, indeed. They are fully prepared for the likes of Indy or other such individual's to attack and for one of our kind to attack these van's alone would likely be a suicide mission. I question if they could fortify the van's enough for a well organized strike force made up of 5 - 6 of our most potent warriors attacking selective targets for maximum effect. If we attack every van it allows them to plan for an ambush. If we semi randomly select which van's to ambush and muscle around there dealers when discovered as you suggest it may prove difficult for them to plan for and amount to notable losses for them in a short time.

You would know better than I what would succeed with your available skills. You do not need my permission to attack the vans. I urge people to use their wisdom and recognize that the vans will be the most heavily defended targets over the next two weeks.

So do we attack the drug dealers? Or the drug addicts? I can't help but ask, "What Would Marius Do?!"

I think you'd make a LOT more with a "What would Caine do?" T-shirt.
