Who would be in charge of arranging Patrols?

I believe that in large part depends on where you wish to patrol. If it's not a clan's domain I'm pretty sure anyone can arrange patrols. I would advise being careful not to draw too much attention if you do any patrolling though.

I'd just like to do them like we used to. I believe resources were probably used to ensure we didn't draw much attention. I remember the police seemed to stay away from those areas we were patrolling, gangs would help out, ect. The area I was thinking of doing Patrols in are any "problem" ares or areas not part of someone's Domain. Are the Sabbat still a presence in some areas of the city?

I'm not entirely sure which of what we saw was Sabbat and which was the Crimson Legion using some well known Sabbat tactics. As for the patrols I remember they were organized by the city General. There isn't a General currently so the chances of officially organized patrols are less likely. Do you know of any of these "problem" area's or are you just looking for someone to start a fight for you Solomon?

It might not be a bad idea to send out some patrols, but this might be something to run by the Marius first. At least for cordinating things.

Wardens have my authority to organize patrols inside their jurisdiction. However, each Governor is responsible for patrolling their own domain, or for hiring competent individuals to patrol it for them, this applies to both clan territories and personal domains.

If anyone wishes to organize a patrol outside of clan territory or personal domain, that matter should be brought to the appropriate Warden's attention, especially if there is a conflict as a result of that patrol. Otherwise the valuable time and resources of our Wardens might be wasted researching information that should be public knowledge.

With hunters now in the city I think if nothing else we should start doing weekly patrols organized by the wardens.

If what your suggesting here is to hunt the hunters I'd advise against that until we know more of what if any organization they come from. Taking the wrong course of action here may only serve to bring more of them to the area.

Thats why I am sugestion when those that need to feed go with at least 2 others. One to watch for hunters and the other to watch for witnesses. The one feeding would act as bait. We need to capture at least on for interagation.

Honestly why do we need to capture one? Everything I've heard sofar sound like this is more then just the random 1 or 2 hunters but a somewhat organized group with some numbers to there ranks so attacking them in any manor may serve to only escalate the situation. The more resistance they encounter and the more they come across our numbers the more reason they will have to stick around and worse call all there friends to come help out. In my experience hunters only stay in an area when they have something to hunt and if we've done anything the past week it sounds like we've shown them there's something in Sac worth them hunting.

I haven't put anything in motion yet. I still think we still need one to get information. If they are organized, what is their affiliation, etc. Right now all we know is that some are here in Sac. I do agree that this effort should be organized as much as possible and done as little as possible. That is why i have sugested shoting them instead of using powers on them if at all possible.

Whenever Marius gets his happy ass back online, he'll have some good information for you guys. I didn't get all the details when I was pulling his bacon out of the fire (again), but it sounded like they were pretty organized, and I think he might have caught one or two.

I got a good look at a bunch of people that the sicko Toreador in Davis rousted up, so there's a chance that if I can get a good look at a few of the hunters, I can tell you if they're from Davis.
