As you can see, I've added the chat box to the top of the front page. Just trying out to see how it works. It has a re-sizeable window thingy in the lower right corner if you want to make it smaller.

I liked it better on the bottom. it's kind of distracting at the top of the page.

Was a distraction the first time as I thought somehow I had logged into the chat system. Now that I know whats going on I have no issues with it on top.
