The following boons have requested to be made public:
Patrick Connely owes a boon to Vai Castillion.
Marius owes a boon to Nathaniel Polonius.
Per the Elder Counsel, it was decided that boons would not be kept by the Herald. I was requested to make these public by these individuals. Keep in mind it is up you, the individuals, to see that the boons are paid. Do not expect action from me.
