To the Great City of Sacramento,
May I first say Thank You for allowing me to have safe haven in your city. I would also like to give a special thanks to the Elder of Toreador Francois for his gracious hospitality.
I would also like to thank the Elder of Tremere Richard Delacourt for his gracious thank you, I hope that if he needs my assistance he will never hesitate to ask.
I would also like to say that I am always availible to assist the city in all matters and goals to make this city strong and respected by all other factions no matter what the cost. For I am the Perfect fighting machine for the job..
And to all that oppose this Great City should beware, for I have seen what this city can and will do to you......... Not to say what I will do to you!!!!!!!!!!!
