Congrats to all those who came back and are acknowledged once more. Theseus, its good to have you back. We will need you and your fellow Gangrel to help defend this city against outside threats. To the Toreadors, congrats on your return and coming back to downtown. I look forward to working side by side with all of you. And finally, to Vincent. Im sure you will serve Sacramento well as our new Harpy. May you hold it with a firm and steady mind, heart and soul. cheers
